From Catalonia we have just received the sad news of the death of Javier Velasco Arias - "an enthusiast of the Bible" as he used to present himself.

Javier Velasco, Bible scholar and educator, was really a great enthusiast of the Bible and "spiritus movens" of the Biblical Animation of the Pastoral in Catalonia and throughout Spain.

It's hard to believe that he will not be with us anymore. But we believe that he will be accompanying us and interceding for us in our service to the Word of God. Rest in peace, dear friend Javier!
