LectioYouth.Net at the Pilgrimage of Youth in Alèdjo, Diocese of Sokode
Bishop Célestin-Marie Bawilima Gaoua , bishop of Sokodé, encouraged the youth to use the Lectioyouth.Net program not only to read, but also to hear and live the Word of God in their daily lives.
The diocese of Sokodé, in the north of Togo, organizes during the Lenten season the pilgrimage of young people to Alèdjo, near the Mother of the Redeemer. This year, 2018, was his 34th edition and the LectioYouth.Net program was well explored during this time, including in the pilgrim's guide (see photos), as well as in the homily of Bishop Célestin-Marie Bawilima Gaoua , bishop of Sokodé, who encouraged the youth to use the Lectioyouth.Net program not only to read, but also to hear and live the Word of God in their daily lives.
According to the witnesses, more than 3,000 young people from the diocese took part in this pilgrimage.
