The election of Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle as President of the Catholic Biblical Federation was approved by the Holy See. 

We have just been informed that the Secretary of State of the Holy See Cardinal Pietro Parolin with the official letter of 19 October 2024 has confirmed the appointment of His Eminence Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle as President of the Catholic Biblical Federation for the six-year term 2022-2028.
