Newly appointed Cardinal, President of the Episcopal Conference of Japan, Secretary General of the FABC and President of Caritas Internationalis, Archbishop of Tokyo Tarcisio Isao Kikuchi SVD honored us with his visit at the General Secretariat of the CBF.

The meeting was an occasion to discuss biblical pastoral ministry in Japan and to explore the possibilities of closer collaboration between the Catholic Biblical Federation (CBF) and the Federation of Asian Bishops' Conferences (FABC) in the field of biblical pastoral ministry.

We will soon publish the interview that Archbishop Kikuchi gave to our intern from the University of Notre Dame.
