CBF Executive Committee Meeting

On February 27th the Executive Committee of the Catholic Biblical Federation met for its regular online meeting.

The outline of the formative part of the next CBF Plenary Assembly, which had been drawn up by the Assembly Preparatory Commission and presented by the General Secretary, was discussed and approved. Also a new associate member was admitted to the Federation - the Catholic Biblical Association of Great Britain. 

Among the administrative matters, a brief report on the progress of the process of moving the Federation's headquarters to Rome was presented by the General Secretary, and a brief review was given of the activities in all the CBF regions.

At the opening and closing prayer of the meeting the members of the Federation from India and Brazil, who are going through difficult times because of the pandemic, were especially present. The next meeting is scheduled for the end of June.
