CBF Steering Committee Meeting

The Steering Committee of the Catholic Biblical Federation held a meeting on 10 May 2024. The main topics of this meeting were appointment of the General Secretary and the administrative board.

A new CBF General Secretary needs to be appointed for the 2026-2031 term. There will be a discussion with the Administrative Board to determine the best course of action.

There are currently four members of the Administrative Board. Now that the registration with the Vatican has been approved, it is necessary to prepare a list of necessary characteristics in new members, such as influence in the Church, knowledge of the CBF, and dedication to ministry.
