141 Delegierte aus 7 Regionen und 53 Ländern trafen sich zur 10. Vollversammlung der Katholischen Bibelföderation und beeindruckten durch ihre Resilienz und ihr Engagement. Auf der einwöchigen Versammlung, die vom 15. bis 21. April 2023 in Mar del Plata, Argentinien, stattfand, befassten sich die Delegierten mit den tiefgreifenden Herausforderungen, denen sich die Bibelpastoral in der derzeiten fragilen Landschaft unserer Welt stellen muss.
Das Exekutivkomitee der Katholischen Bibelföderation hat in seiner ordentlichen Sitzung am 26. August 2022 über ZOOM den Vorschlag des Regionalkomitees von Lateinamerika und der Karibik geprüft, der durch den Generalsekretär der Föderation vorgelegt wurde, und hat Magister Gerardo García Helder zum neuen Regionalkoordinator der Region Lateinamerika und Karibik für das nächste Triennium 2022-2025 ernannt.

On October 20 the President of the Catholic Biblical Federation, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, present in Rome for the Synod on the Family, received the letter of approval of the new Constitutions of the Catholic Biblical Federation signed the previous day by Card. Kurt Koch. Two days later, on October 22 via a formal letter, Card. Tagle solemnly promulgated the new constitution so that it came into force.
