La Región FEBIC de Europa es una región con grandes proyectos en el pasado y con desafíos igualmente grandes en el presente. La actividad de la Federación Bíblica Católica se inició en Europa (Vaticano) y también aquí se encuentra el Secretariado General de la Federación (Sankt Ottilien, Alemania). Esta región más antigua de la CBF se subdivide en tres subregiones más pequeñas para una mejor coordinación entre los miembros de la FEBIC.

More participation in the Church through Bible texts in Easy Language
On December 3, the global community celebrates the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This World Day was established in 1993 by the United Nations and focuses on the rights, dignity, and participation of people with disabilities.
The German Bishops' Conference, together with the Katholisches Bibelwerk e. V., takes this day as an opportunity to highlight the importance of the Bible in Easy Language for an inclusive Church.
New Subregional Coordinator for CBF Central Europe
Based on the recommendation of the members of the CBF Central European Subregion expressed through an email vote, the Steering Committee of the Catholic Biblical Federation during the online meeting on November 18, 2024 has appointed Father Waldemar Linke CP from Bractwo Słowa Bożego in Poland to the office of CBF Coordinator for the Subregion of Central Europe.
